1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the oke9 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the oke9 platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered players, and contributors of content. oke9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing oke9 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on behalf of that party.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the oke9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and applicable law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of oke9, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the oke9 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. oke9 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the oke9 platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the oke9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify oke9 immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. oke9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• oke9 reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at its sole discretion.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. oke9 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oke9 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. oke9 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your oke9 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. oke9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. oke9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in our payment schedule. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to applicable limits.

oke9 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

oke9 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• oke9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotional offers, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms applicable to each bonus before claiming it. oke9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with applicable bonus terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the oke9 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

oke9 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on oke9's servers, the result recorded on oke9's servers shall be deemed correct and final. oke9's decision on all gameplay matters is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke9 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the oke9 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the oke9 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or oke9 staff.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oke9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the oke9 platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any oke9 content.
• Use any oke9 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the oke9 platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of oke9's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by oke9 and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the oke9 platform.

oke9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oke9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oke9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy

oke9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the oke9 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

oke9 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12 Termination

oke9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At oke9's sole discretion for any other reason deemed appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the oke9 platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and oke9's internal policies. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, oke9 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting oke9 customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to oke9's customer support team for informal resolution. oke9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

oke9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the oke9 platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the oke9 platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the oke9 platform and close your account.
